This option is for those with a little bit more printer experience and a touch of savvy in technology. You will need letter size paper for this option. Some of the Codex sections have multiple pages (Daily Planner, Sermon Notes, etc.) and they have been formatted to be printed in order as a booklet. Below, you will find instructions on printing your Codex pages in booklet form.

Step 1: Open the Codex file in Acrobat Reader.

Step 2: In the Acrobat print window, check the following settings...

Page Sizing & Handling: Booklet, Both Sides, Binding Left. The Sheets From will be automatically generated by Acrobat. Orientation: Portrait

Step 3: Within the Acrobat print window, select Printer. When the new window pops up, check your settings below...

Please Note: your printer settings may look a little different. You should see some similarities. This is why I suggest printing only a few test pages first!

Once your pages are printed, you are ready for the next step!

Step 4: Your booklet will look a little out of order but, trust me, it will all work out. Your next step is to use your paper trimmer to cut the booklet in half. Once you cut the pages in half, they should stack up on top of each other in order.

Step 5: Use your hole punch or binding method to place the Codex pages in your notebook.
