Honestly, this is probably the easiest and most straightforward choice to printing your Codex pages. It will work across multiple printers. You may want to print a few test pages before selecting "print all" until you get a good feel for your printer. Once you get things setup, you will be printing like a pro!

Step 1: Load printer with Letter size paper, 8.5" x 11".

Step 2: Open the Codex files in Acrobat Reader.

Step 3: You will need to set-up the print settings like the following:

This is the Acrobat Reader print setup window. Select "Fit" or "Fit To All" to fill the page. You can select "Actual Size" if you like a lot of margin space.

Select "Two-Sided" from your printer setup window. It is possible that your printer does not allow Two Sided printing, see the "Odd/Even" print instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: Please check that your printer setting is set to "US Letter" or "US Letter Borderless"

Step 4: Once you have successfully printed your Codex pages, use your hole punch to fit the binder you will be using for your Codex Planner.

If you select "Actual Size", your pages will print with an approximate 2" margin all around the edges. This is great for those who like more space to write, doodle or decorate!

If you select "Fit To Page", the printer will automatically fill the page as much as possible.
