SHIPPING & RETURNS
Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed during the holidays may be subject to additional processing time. Once a package leaves the shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the shipping carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We understand that sometimes things don't look the same in person as online or there may be manufacturer defects. We do our very best to only ship product in perfect condition but, sometimes things are out of our control. We will be happy to replace any product that qualifies within the listed terms below:
- Damaged product or received the wrong product.
- Products returned must be unused.
- Must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: Digital files are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you are having trouble receiving your file, please let us know right away.
